My dear Schoolinary friends, I definitely wanted to participate in the latest #CopyCatChallenge… and here is my chocolate taco. Well, @Sol said that we had to replicate the original one with a personal twist. Guys, I think I’ve twisted it all. 😁😁 It was a great challenge to find the ingredients, and most of the time I had to find creative alternatives. I didn’t have all the exotic fruit puree, but I had pineapple and mango. I had no inverted sugar, so I prepared it for one of the elements. For pectin, I used the apple puree I had preserved last summer. 😁🍋🍎 I couldn’t create the chocolate foam, so I decided to roast some walnuts and make my walnut chocolate rocks. The only element I haven’t touched was the taco shell, but it was very thin and fragile, so I think the original chocolate might have been different. Anyway, the individual elements were absolutely delicious, and although I missed some tools and ingredients, I think I managed to prepare the Hungarian chocolate taco for this challenge.
