Hello. My name is Antonio Salvador Moreno Carretero; many people know me as “Ttore.” I taught myself to be a chef; I didn’t have any mentors in the kitchen—everything I know I learned from books, the internet, and “trial and error.” When I discovered Scoolinary, I began to understand the reasoning behind things, to take a different approach to recipes, and to perfect my plating. I’m here to share with all of you the little I know and to learn the much that I still have to learn.

Hola.

Ttore, it’s so great to see you here at this Networking Club, too! 😊 We’ve known each other for years, and I can say that you’re one of the pillars of our community. You’re always willing to share, help, and keep learning.
Your story illustrates a fundamental truth in cooking: trial and error is a great teacher, but when you start to understand the reasoning behind each technique, everything changes. And that curiosity to keep improving is precisely what helps a chef grow.
Also, now that you’ve shown us this beautifully prepared space, I’d love to know what new culinary challenges you’re tackling. What would you like to continue exploring or perfecting in this new phase?
Hugs, Ttore! It’s a real treat to still have you as part of this community. 👨🍳Level:Scoolinary Team
Siempre dispuesto a compartir, ayudar y seguir aprendiendo.

@soldamiani On November 13, we’ll celebrate our first anniversary, and through a lot of hard work, I’ve managed to become head chef; it’s been a long journey, but in the end, my boss gave me this great opportunity, and I’m making the most of it. My goal? To improve every day and learn as much as I can at Scoolinry—that’s why I’m here.
