• Hello to the entire Scoolinary family
I’m Marianela Solís, an Ecuadorian living in the United States. I have a degree in Accounting and Auditing and a master’s degree in Process Management, with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and customer service, having worked at some of the top companies in Ecuador.

How I ended up at Scoolinary 😬 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hahaha, it was one of the funniest things—it popped up on Instagram after my life had taken a 360-degree turn. I never liked cooking; I didn’t have the time or any idea how to cook, and I thought I wasn’t good at it. But life is full of surprises— I started with healthy foods, and now I’m training in all areas because I love cooking—I love what I do—and I feel that every time I take a lesson or a course, I’m doing it right.

Thank you, Scoolinary—with every new course I add, I think about how it can benefit me and my business.

Right now, thanks to all the knowledge I’m gaining here, I’m launching a business—I have a coffee bar.

I’m ready to share all the adventures I’ve had through Scoolinary.

      • Hi Marianela! Very nice to see you here, and your enthusiasm. To be honest, I discovered very similarly that I like baking (& cooking) – I went to live in a different country alone, which was hard, and I wasn’t feeling too good about it. At the time, I also thought I am not good at cooking or anything that has to do with the kitchen. Then this really changed when I started to try for real. So I resonate quite a lot with your story about getting into cooking, and it is great to see you seem to have found a new passion and you are doing your business (I hope, successfully)! 😃🙏 Will be curious to see what you’re up to next!

        • OMG, our stories are similar! 🙌🏼 Thanks for writing—you have a beautiful page. 💪🏻 Let’s keep sharing our new passions.

Marianela, it’s such a pleasure to hear your story! 😊 I love how someone who never imagined enjoying cooking has ended up turning it into a passion—and even a business venture. And now you’ve left me wanting to know more. What kind of culinary offerings are you developing for your business? Is there a technique or specialty you’d like to perfect? By the way, I tried to visit the Instagram account listed on your profile, but I’m getting an error. Could you check the link or share the URL to your professional profile here? That way, we can stay connected and see what you’re creating. I’m sure you have plenty of adventures to share with this community! ☕
