Pastry & Bakery Hi everyone! Here are a few things I’ve been making over the past week, trying to put into practice everything I’ve learned from the courses.

These all look very good, and the croissants turned out very well, too! What is in the last picture? I oddly have potato vibes because of the colour of the piped dough but really can’t tell!
