• 🎂🌿 Putting My Buttercream Piping Skills into Practice

I recently made this small birthday cake and used the techniques I learned from the Buttercream Piping Techniques course by Lisa Cheng.

For the decoration, I practiced piping roses, smaller floral elements, leaves, borders, and different details with buttercream. It was especially rewarding to take the techniques from the course and apply them to a complete cake of my own.

I’m still practicing and refining my precision, consistency, and overall composition, but I’m happy to see how each cake gives me more confidence and control with piping.

This is exactly why I took this course — not only to learn individual techniques, but to incorporate them into future Maison Efsun cakes and gradually develop my own decorating style.

I’ll continue using these skills in my next creations, and another cake is coming very soon. 🎂✨

Thank you, Lisa Cheng, for sharing your techniques and experience. I’m looking forward to seeing how these skills develop with every new cake.
