      Red bell pepper jam.

The other day, @dilipchettri asked me for the recipe for pepper jam. The photo isn’t mine because I only had the recipe—I hope you like it. Here’s how to make it. Ingredients: 400 g red bell peppers, 50 g apple cider vinegar, 200 g brown sugar, 100 ml water, and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Instructions: Wash and cut the red bell peppers into small pieces. Remove all the seeds and white membranes from the inside. Weigh the cleaned peppers, as the amount of sugar will depend on this. In a pot, combine the red pepper pieces with the water, vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon over medium heat. Stir to mix the ingredients well and cook for about 50 m; the mixture should be slightly “soupy.” Blend the mixture and let it cool; you can blend it just a little so some small pieces remain, or blend it completely smooth. Let it cool and store it in the refrigerator.
