Hi guys, yesterday evening, I felt particularly creative. 🙂 I wanted to test which side dish would complement my fried Orly Fish better:
👉 fresh zucchini carpaccio or
👉 grilled zucchini slices with crunchy fried garlic chips.
To complete the experience, I also prepared my homemade tomato sauce. 🍅 You can see the two pictures below in a comment. Which one do you prefer?

Both options are incredible but I vote for fresh zucchini carpaccio.
I like to feel the freshness of the vegetables when I eat something fried.
