My creation: Garlic Butter Shrimp & Duo Purée 🍤
Practicing my plating and techniques with a dish I made from scratch
Purée: Smooth potato & green pea purée, passed through a sieve and piped.
Shrimp: Pan-seared in garlic butter and spices.
Garnish: Blanched peas and dried cornflower petals.
