🍊✨ Orange Vanilla Cake is one of the signature desserts of my brand, Maison Efsun.

I created this cake to combine the bright, fresh flavor of orange with a soft vanilla sponge and delicate vanilla cream.

The cake features two layers of fluffy vanilla sponge, orange syrup, homemade orange confit, small pieces of fresh orange, and light vanilla cream. It is finished with a soft gradient from milky white to peach and orange, delicate cream strokes, a small orange slice, and a touch of orange zest.

The result is a fresh, elegant, and beautifully balanced orange dessert with a delicate citrus flavor and creamy vanilla finish.
