I binge-watched Andrey Dubovik’s chocolate course and became completely obsessed with all the different patterns and techniques. So, here’s what I’ve been making over the past few weeks!

I’m based in Australia, and since it’s winter here, it’s the perfect time to practise. For most of the year, the heat and humidity make working with chocolate at home pretty challenging so I’m making the most of these cooler months!
