Yes, @Sol, as you mentioned, having your own stock allows you to add an extra touch to your dishes. Here’s another test on how to use vegetable stock. Presenting my oyster mushroom sauce with a green salad — I used my dark vegetable stock into the sauce, and it was delicious. Undoubtedly, the stock makes a significant difference.🙂🙂🥣
