🐟 Hello, Community! Let’s move on to the next “From the Classroom to the Plate“

This time, the star of the show will be ceviche.

Before setting the exact date, we need to decide one thing first: which day of the week works best for us to meet > remember that it will be the last week of August (August 24–29).

The idea is for everyone to prepare their ceviche before the session and arrive at the live stream with the dish ready. During the session, we won’t be cooking live—we’ll be tasting, chatting, and sharing what we learned along the way.

We’ll discuss technique, ingredients, acidity, cutting, the fish’s doneness, flavor balance, adaptations using local ingredients, and all those things you only discover when you actually make a recipe.

In the meantime, you can start preparing, practicing, and sharing your ceviches with the community using the hashtag #ceviche. That way, we’ll come to the session with more experiments, questions, and lessons to share.
