the course for Mexican breads, and this new Portuguese pastry course, right from the first recipe, bolo de arozo, no lemon zest in the recipe, no baking powder (although mentioned in the instructions).
i checked and also the Spanish version pdf is missing it.

Also not possible to bake bolo de arroz for only 10-12 on 170.
I’d like to see how someone can do that. Another bad translation, more time and energy wasted for us.

The missing lemon zest and baking powder were corrected yesterday, so please download the recipe booklet again today to access the updated version.
