Tarte aux fraises from Chef Philippe Salomon’s course – French pastry techniques. I made it in a 20 cm ring, because we are a big family and everyone wanted a taste. I am very pleased with the result. It turned out with a crispy crust, delicate cream, and fresh strawberries. A true temptation.
