Peppers stuffed with cod.
Delicious piquillo peppers stuffed with cod. I sprinkled a little cheese on top and melted it with a blowtorch; I didn’t want the cheese to steal the spotlight from the cod. I garnished them with some walnuts and salicornia seaweed to add a crunchy texture and the umami flavor of the sea.
