Pistachio Magnum
These are my first ice pops. They’re inspired by a class I’m taking, and I already have my first recipe in the freezer, waiting to be finished.
In the meantime, I made these with some leftover pistachio mixture and wanted to try them with dark chocolate to see how they’d turn out—and to practice the chocolate coating while I was at it. They aren’t filled, but they don’t need to be because they turned out great.
I can’t wait to finish the ones from the course—the filled ones. But first, I have to get over a cold that hit me out of the blue and has me out of commission 🤣
Thank goodness I was able to upload the photos from my laptop because yesterday I was out of the house and it was impossible to do it from the app. I think they should update it because it’s glitching a lot. At least for me, every time I try to log into the community, it won’t let me and just gets “stuck.” I’ve given up on using it for the community—it drives me crazy and won’t let me do anything🤨

Magnum de Pistacho
Son mis primeras paletas heladas. Están inspiradas en un curso que estoy haciendo y del cual ya tengo mi primera receta en el congelador esperando poder terminarla.
Mientras tanto, hice éstas con parte de una elaboración de pistacho que me sobró y quise probar con chocolate negro a ver que tal estaban y ya de paso practicar el baño. No están rellenas pero ni falta que hace porque han quedado estupendas.
Deseando poder terminar las del curso que van rellenas. Pero antes tengo que curarme un catarro que llegĂł sin avisar y me tiene fuera de juego🤣
Menos mal que he podido subir las fotos desde el portátil porque ayer que estuve fuera de casa y desde la app fue imposible. Creo que deberĂan revisarla porque está dando bastantes fallos. Al menos a mĂ cada vez que tengo que entrar en la comunidad no me deja y se queda “pillada”. He desistido de utilizarla para la comunidad, me pone de los nervios y no me deja hacer nada🤨
