The hospitality industry is so beautiful—and so tough.
I love this profession, but I have to say that sometimes it’s really tough: endless shifts, sweltering heat, and not-so-healthy meals—and that last point is what I want to talk about today. It’s crazy that, even though we chefs cook such delicious food, most days we have to settle for something fried with French fries, because there wasn’t time to cook for the staff or there was so much work that we just didn’t feel like it. Sometimes I’d rather skip a meal and eat at home when I get there, but often I end up going without because of the terrible schedules this profession forces on us. Well, today I ended up having something fried with French fries, hahaha. Anyway, I wanted to send my support to everyone out there working in the hospitality industry. Hugs.

Qué bonita y dura es la hostelerÃa.
Amo esta profesión, pero tengo que decir que a veces es muy dura: horarios eternos, temperaturas máximas, comidas no muy sanas y de esto último va mi comentario en el dÃa de hoy. Hay que ver que, con lo rico que cocinamos los cocineros, la mayorÃa de dÃas nos tenemos que conformar con algo frito con patatas fritas, porque no habÃa tiempo para cocinar para el personal o habÃa tanto trabajo que no habÃa ganas. A veces prefiero no comer y hacerlo en mi casa cuando llego, pero muchas veces me quedo sin comer por los horarios tan malos que nos obliga esta profesión. Bueno, hoy me tocó algo frito con patatas fritas, jajajaja. Bueno, querÃa mandar mi apoyo a todas las personas que se andan por aquà y trabajan en la hostelerÃa. Un abrazo.

Como te entiendo es un trabajo muy duro y sin horarios y encima no se valora , económicamente no esta compensado
