      Banana and Vanilla Milkshake

This is a delicious milkshake that you can whip up in no time if you have vanilla ice cream at home, though you can substitute frozen yogurt if you don’t. It’s unbearably hot these days, but ice cream and milkshakes make it more bearable. Here’s the recipe

      Ingredients (for 2 milkshakes):

      • 2 large ripe bananas ( fresh or frozen)
      • 1 ½ cups whole milk ( or a dairy-free alternative such as almond, oat, or soy milk)
      • ½ cup vanilla ice cream ( or frozen yogurt for a lighter version)
      • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup ( optional, depending on your preferred level of sweetness)
      • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
      • 4–5 ice cubes ( optional, for extra thickness if you’re not using frozen bananas)

1️⃣ Blend everything in a blender for 30 to 60 seconds, or until everything is well mixed and there are no chunks of banana left. The consistency should be creamy and frothy.

2️⃣ Serve in a tall glass or cup with whipped cream and a few banana slices, liquid caramel, chocolate chips, and flower petals. The flower petals are optional, as you can see in the last photo. Decorate to your liking and enjoy!
