Nice first Napoli, Chef! The cornicione has lovely lift, blistering and a bold bake. For the next round, try a slightly more even stretch and topping spread so the centre cooks as cleanly as the edge. Coming from chocolate and bonbons, what surprised you most about working with pizza dough?
