Cod fritters.
When it comes to making tapas, I usually go for the traditional ones, and what could be more traditional than some good cod fritters? I sold all the batter I made on Friday morning. It’s satisfying to put in the work and have people show their appreciation by finishing the entire batch. That said, they weren’t exactly small.

Buñuelos de bacalao.
Cuando toca hacer tapas, la mayorÃa de las veces me decanto por las tradicionales, y qué tapa más tradicional que unos buenos buñuelos de bacalao; se ha vendido toda la masa que hice el viernes por la mañana. Da gusto hacer un trabajo y que la gente te lo reconozca terminando toda la producción. Eso sÃ, pequeños no eran.

Me gustan muchÃsimo. Cuando los hago también hago muchos porque no podemos dejar de comerlos, eso sà bastante más pequeños
