I made sour cherry jam for the first time! 😊 I started with a small batch, just to test the process and see how it would turn out. And honestly, I’m really happy with the result. The flavor is beautiful, fruity, slightly tangy, and full of that lovely sour cherry aroma.
It turned out great for a first try, but I already know I’ll adjust a few small details in the next batch. That’s the beauty of homemade recipes… every attempt teaches you something new. 🧑🍳

Tengo tantas de vacaciones que mi cabeza inmediatamente lo ha visualizado: Una hamaca, sol, la brisa fresca de la mañana, un lugar mediterráneo, una taza de café con mucha espuma y una rebanada de pan con mantequilla y tu mermelada de cerezas 😋
