      Reently I made two cakes from the healthy food at home course.

      Here are a carrot cake which was very nice, but I did have a problem with the frosting as it did not harden even after being in the fridge over night. And it does not make any sense how it stayed liquidy when it only had creamcheese, butter and sugar 😅

      On the other pictures is a nuty chocoalte cake which was a little dry (I supose because I used the same amount of chickpea flour as what the recipe called of all purpose flour), but very enjoyable. I especially liked the mix of the bitter chocolate topping and the sweetnes from the cake.
