🐟 We already have a dish chosen to cook together and try in our first Meet:

The selected recipe is Filete de pescado asado, from the course Asados al horno, by Ignacio Barrios. Here you can see the recipe in English.

The idea is that each person cooks it before the meeting and we will meet by Meet with the finished dish to taste it together, share the result and comment on how we did with the recipe.

The meeting will be run together with Antonio @cecu6669hotmail-com. It will be mainly in Spanish, but we can also share in English if necessary. Remember that on Meet you can always turn on subtitles and translation in the language you need.

📅 We propose to have the meeting on Wednesday, June 17. Duration: 20 minutes.

Important: the recipe will take you between 30 and 45 minutes. Organize yourself to have the dish ready 5 minutes before the meeting, so we can taste it together at the best possible point.

Now we need to choose a time. We are looking for an option that works best for USA, Argentina, Peru and Spain.
