A beloved Persian rice dish, also known as Dami Baghali, made with long-grain rice, fried onions, turmeric, and lapeh baghala (split fava beans). Traditionally enjoyed with a fried egg on top, here reimagined with a modern plating style while keeping the warmth and comfort of this timeless classic.
