I had already uploaded the challenge with freshly caught sea salmon, now …
Mojarra, this river fish, thawed, marinated with lemon garlic, lemongrass and marinated with turmeric, paprika, salt and other things, to the super hot pan over high heat on one side and then a few minutes over low heat, this leaves it juicy and shiny, the aromatic in its belly gave a special flavor to the whole fish. I served it with green and ripe patacón with salty cheese topping and avocado salad. This dish is always requested by my husband and it is truly the best I have ever prepared. 😋

Ya había subido el challenge con salmón de mar recién pescado, ahora ..
Mojarra!, este pescado de río, descongelado , marinado con ajo limón, limonaria y adobado con cúrcuma, paprika, sal y otras cosillas, al sarten super caliente a todo fuego por lado y lado luego unos minutos a fuego lento esto lo deja jugosito y brillante, la aromática en su panza le dio un sabor especial a todo el pescado. Acompañé con patacón verde y maduro con topping de queso salado y ensaladilla de aguacate. Este plato siempre lo pide mi esposo y de verdad que es el mejor que he preparado. 😋

what a great mojarra, Jaddy! It shows a very tasty handling of the marinade and cooking: well browned skin, juicy flesh and that aromatic stuffing adds a lot of character. The accompaniment is generous and very much in the territory; I would just tidy up the dish a bit to make the fish shine even more. 👏

¡Qué buena mojarra, Jaddy! Se nota un manejo muy sabroso del marinado y la cocción: piel bien dorada, carne jugosa y ese relleno aromático suma mucho carácter. El acompañamiento es generoso y muy de territorio; solo ordenaría un poco el plato para que el pescado luzca aún más. 👏
