A couple of pics from last nights dinner. I was supposed to have an important chef (and a friend) to come over to my house and rate my food + give some hints but the man had a health issue snd had to be taken to pt the night prior to my dinner. It was super frustrating 😞. He’s good now, it’s what really matters ❤️.

Oh I am sorry to hear, Fabrizio! The menu must have been a lot of work – it does show! I am sure he would have enjoyed it. Fingers crossed for other opportunities!

So glad he is okay ❤️ Beautiful work, Fabrizio: the risotto looks creamy, the plating has strong contrast, and the tenderloin plate feels especially polished. For the next one, which plating felt more “you” and why? Keep pushing, your eye is getting sharper.
