¡Muy buen Paris-Brest, Catia! La craquelin se ve bien marcada y el relleno tiene una textura generosa. Para afinarlo, buscarÃa cortes más limpios y puntos de crema más regulares. ¿Qué parte te resultó más desafiante: la cocción de la pâte à choux o el montaje final? 👏

@soldamiani goedeavond, bedankt voor u reactie. Ik vond de craquelin wel uitdagende. Het was te koud , volgende keer even paar min geduld hebben. En de pate a choux moet ik nog wel oefenen met mooi vorm geven.
