Easter is over.
Now that Easter is over, and with a couple of days off, it’s time to put on the apron and get back to cooking. I promise I will bring you recipes with lots of flavor, full of what I like to add: love, madness and some spice. First recipe for tomorrow, “pulled pork chicken”, for my son who has asked for it several times. Tomorrow I’ll tell you about it.

Se acabó la Semana Santa.
Una vez acabada la Semana Santa, y con un par de días libres por delante, toca ponerse el delantal y volver a cocinar. Os prometo que traeré recetas con mucho sabor, llenas de lo que a mí más me gusta añadirle: amor, locura y algo de picante. Primera receta para mañana, “pulled pork de pollo”, para mi hijo que me lo ha pedido varias veces. Mañana os cuento.
