Cream of mushroom soup.
With the schedule I have at the restaurant, I can hardly cook “for home”, but when I have the time, I cook a lot. The other day croquettes and yesterday this cream of mushroom soup that I vacuum-pack and then put in the freezer. You’ve caught me, I can’t deny that my cream of mushroom soup is a sachet, hahaha. Crema de champiñones.
Con el horario que tengo en el restaurante, apenas puedo cocinar “para casa”, pero cuando me da la vida, me pongo y cocino bastante. El otro día las croquetas y ayer esta crema de champiñones que envaso al vacío y luego al congelador. Me habéis pillado, no puedo negar que mi crema de champiñones es de sobre, jajajaja. Ya os enseñaré algún plato con esta maravillosa crema.

No me he explicado bien. La crema la hago yo y la meto en bolsas de vacio. Por eso la coña de crema de sobre.
