      Roast Leg of Lamb for Easter Sunday dinner.

      Perfectly roasted leg of lamb served with smashed red potatoes with butter and minced parsley, and buttered petite peas with butter. Lamb was seasoned with freshly ground Pink Himalayan Salt, freshly ground black pepper and dried dill. Whole peeled garlic cloves were inserted in the leg of lamb as well.

      Gravy was I fused with lamb jus

      I was so intent onnserving my wife, dinner, I only took a photo of the lamb.🙁
