A few days ago I shared a hummus. This is my second version in which I changed some of the topping ingredients. I had bought some physalis that I love and I couldn’t resist.
The hummus has:
Cooked chickpeas, cooked purple carrots, garlic, cumin, salt, sesame oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, early EVOO from my land.Once everything was well mashed, I added a splash of early olive oil, black sesame, pistachios, dehydrated purple carrots, physalis and freeze-dried raspberries.
The flavor changed with respect to the first hummus. This one was a bit more sweet and sour due to the raspberry that was noticeable in every bite.
I loved the result and contrast of flavors.
Happy Easter to all.

What a beautiful twist on your first hummus version. The color is stunning, and the combination of physalis, pistachios, black sesame and freeze-dried raspberries sounds so creative and well balanced. I can almost taste that sweet and sour contrast in every bite. Absolutely gorgeous plating too. Happy Easter to you as well! ♥️

Divino, Lo
