Good morning. Go to your profile, click inside the circle. It gives you the option to change your profile picture; you can select one you have or, if you have a camera on your computer, it will let you take a picture. I hope that helps.

Para cambiar tu foto de perfil, ve a tu avatar dentro de “Mi perfil”, colócate sobre la imagen de la personita y ahí podrás actualizarla. Para la portada, en el extremo superior izquierdo te aparecerá la opción para cambiarla también.
