Hoy queria homenajear a mi amigo que hace unos meses nos dejo. El era portugues y me enseño a hacer un pollo a la cerveza buenisimo, os enseño como quedo. Cuando mi marido lo ha probado me dice igual que el que el hacia. Es muy sencillo con pocos ingredientes pero un sabor espectacular.
