Artichoke flower
They are in season and they can’t be tastier. I usually put parmesan but this time I preferred to make them alone and the result could not be better. I think I remember that I published the recipe some time ago but this time they were like this and I had to share it.
Here it is😉
Ingredients:
Artichokes
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmesan ( optional )
Salt flakes
Mix of flowers
Water with lemon or parsley1️⃣ Clean the artichokes, removing the toughest leaves. Remove the stem (you can make other recipes with it) twist and cut the tip.
2️⃣ Put them in water with lemon or parsley so that they do not oxidize while you fix them.
3️⃣ Cook in boiling water for 12/15 minutes. Once cooked, place them upside down on paper towels to drain.
4️⃣ Before they cool, carefully open the leaves in the shape of a flower.
5️⃣ Place upside down in a frying pan with a trickle of olive oil and brown a little. Turn over and leave for a few seconds more.
6️⃣ Transfer to a plate. Grate a little parmesan cheese on top if you want them with cheese and burn with a blowtorch for a few seconds (if you don’t have a blowtorch, you can do this in the pan). Drizzle with a good olive oil, salt flakes and mix of dried flowers.Have a nice weekend 🌼.

Me encantan.
