Caprese toast.
With a waffle base I made a toast with the elements of the caprese salad. Some cherry tomatoes, some mozzarella pearls, red pesto, green pesto, some sprouts and a bit of EVOO. I loved it; I still need to have made the waffles myself to make it more top notch. What do youthink?

Tosta caprese.
Con una base de gofre hice una tosta con los elementos de la ensalada caprese. Unos tomatitos cherry, unas perlas de mozzarella, pesto rojo, pesto verde, unos brotes y un poco de AOVE. A mà me encantó; me queda haber hecho yo los gofres para que hubiera sido más top. ¿Y a vosotr@s qué os parece?
