Piquillo peppers stuffed with black pudding, potato and egg. Basically it is to cook the blood sausage and mix it with fried potato and egg, as if it were for an omelette. And with it the piquillo peppers are stuffed. Once assembled and with the sauce, give them two minutes in the oven. Pimientos del piquillo rellenos de morcilla, patata y huevo. Básicamente se trata de cocinar la morcillay mezclarla con patata frita y huevo, como si fuera para tortilla. Y con ello se rellenan los pimientos piquillos. Una vez montados y con la salsa, se les da dos minutos de horno. Perdonad que la foto no es muy buena… pero ya sabéis que hay dÃas en que la prioridad es hacer bien la foto, pero otros… comer caliente 😅
