I left the pineapple where I was going to serve the rice with pineapple recipe from chef Ignacio Barrios, I don’t know what went wrong, I think the type of rice and maybe my pineapple was too juicy, but the rice remained soggy and stuck together. It doesn’t always turn out well 😞
Me quedo la piña donde iba a servir la receta de arroz con piña del cheff Ignacio Barrios, no se que salió mal, creo que el tipo de arroz y que tal vez mi piña estaba muy jugosa, pero quedó sopudo y pegado el arroz. No siempre sale bien 😞
