• Hello everyone! I tried making a vegan choux pastry, but it did not rise in the oven. Any ideas on what I can do to make it rise well? Thank you in advance! 🙂

      • Not the same recipe, but for my croissants, leaving the door of the oven open for the first few minutes of baking gave it enough airflow and heat to make the dough rise suficiantly.

        Maybe you could try the same trick next time, but I am not exactly sure if it would work the same way.
