      Happy New Year, Scoolinary!!!!

      This is my first creation in 2024 🙂

      After a year of anticipation, we’ve successfully prepared salted lemons today! 🍋 We created two versions: one with herbs and one without. As they’re still fresh, I expect more juice to fill the jar soon. Now, they’ll rest in a dark place for a month before becoming ready for use. I’ve got one month to gather recipes even here on Scoolinary. Feel free to share your favorites with me – I’m eager to try them out! 🌿
