hi guys i’m new to scoolinary. i am an 18 year old professional chef looking to advance my skills. today i am making the Dina Alsina Perez patterson cheesecake recipe but on a much larger scale. my cheesecakes are nearly done but i am so excited to see how they turn out. any tips for the future with regards to cheesecakes or just about anything greatly appreciated :))

yes the ramen soup was from vegetarian cuisine by Julia Kleist and Marcelino Jiménez. it took about 2 hours to make the broth but it was so delicious!!
