The time has come to prove it.

The Best Bread Award is launched, a recognition of excellence, innovation and cultural value of one of the most emblematic products of our gastronomy.

This competition is part of The Bakery & Pastry Hub, the Alimentaria + Hostelco space dedicated to bakery, pastry, chocolate and ice cream, which will take place in Barcelona, from 23 to 26 March 2026.

📌 Who can participate
Bakery professionals with a minimum demonstrable experience of 2 years, making 100% artisanal products.

📣 Be part of the showcase with the greatest international projection of the country, in an event that brings together more than 52,000 professionals from 72 countries.
