Christmas cake with beer and berries.
Well, I have already made the first test for this year’s Christmas cake, incorporating a German raspberry beer that really gives it a delicious touch.
The roscón has the typical dough with its orange blossom aroma, but also with cocoa and Moderna lager.
For the filling I prepared a raspberry beer namelaka and a chocolate and red fruit ganache, as well as grated dulce de leche nougat.
The topping is a red fruit and raspberry beer glaze. And the decorations are fresh fruits simulating that they are frosted (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, currants and blueberries), chocolate figurines, pieces of caramel nougat and dulce de leche.
It takes several days to make, but with the final result it’s worth all the effort!!!! 😍🤤
Roscón de Navidad de cerveza y frutos rojos.
Pues ya elaboré la primera prueba para el roscón de navidad de este año, incorporando una cerveza alemana de frambuesa que realmente le da un toque riquísimo.
El roscón lleva la masa típica con su aroma de azahar, pero también con cacao y cerveza rubia artesanal.
Para el relleno preparé una namelaka de cerveza de frambuesa y una ganache montada de chocolate y frutos rojos, además de turrón de dulce de leche rallado.
La cobertura lleva un glaseado de frutos rojos y cerveza de frambuesa. Y los adornos son frutas frescas simulando que están escarchadas (fresas, moras, frambuesas, grosellas y arandanos), figuritas de chocolate, trocitos de turrón de caramelo y dulce de leche.
Son varios días de elaboración, pero con el resultado final merece todo el esfuerzo la pena!!! 😍🤤
