Doing some tests… ratatouille with vegetables, with fried potatoes and an egg cloud on top. I’ve done it on other occasions, and I have to say that this time is not the best. I have gone a little time in the oven and the yolk has been made of more 🤷♀️ Even so it is very tasty all in flavor

Is it very hard to make? It looks very impressive. Imagine coming to a dinner party and seeing that!

@empressdalekhotmail-com No, Sarah, it’s very easy!!! You separate the yolk from the whites of each egg. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Place each egg white on a lightly greased baking paper (with oil or butter) and with a spoon give it a little rounded shape and make a small indentation in the center. Put in the oven at 200 ° C and cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Remove the tray and place the egg yolk in the center (in the slit you had made). Bake 1 or 2 minutes more (this depends on how you like the yolk… more cooked or a little creamy). of course, you have to make them right away and eat them, if you leave them ready for a long time, the egg white will soften. Try it, and you will see how easy it is. And yes, with guests at home they make an impression 😉.

@empressdalekhotmail-com No, Sarah, es facilísimo!!!

Even if the yolk went a bit further, it still looks delicious, Bea. And honestly, experimenting is half the fun 😊
