Creo que la tapa es un concepto que, más que alimentarse, que también, es una forma de vida social; sales con varios amig@s, tomáis unos vinos y pedÃs una selección de tapas, que si pruebas 2 tipos de croquetas, que si pinchas unas bravas, que el pulpo a la cartagenera estaba de muerte y asà hasta que te das cuenta de que has probado todas las tapas y tienes que dejar sitio para el “Asiático cartagenero”, yo siempre barriendo para casa, jajajaj,, y el gin tonic. No sé, creo que el concepto tapa es un mundo maravilloso y que en España lo disfrutamos mucho. Por cierto, se me olvidaba. Mi tapa es un lomo encebollado que quita el sentido.
