      CREAMY IDIAZABAL CHEESECAKE

      #CheesecakeChallenge 🧀

      Level: Amateur

For this last Challenge I have chosen to make a creamy cheesecake with Idiazábal cheese, one of the treasures of the gastronomy of our country, with protected designation of origin and produced in the Basque Country and Navarra, made with raw milk from Latxa sheep.

Seeing the level of the other cooks participating in the Challenge, my prize is to have been able to replicate this tart for the first time and that the result was good, in my opinion.

The creamy cake has a base of almond flour, butter, sugar and a little bit of salt, which gives it a special aroma. And if we add to that the flavor of the Idiazabal cheese that permeates the whole process, the result after baking and letting it rest is a creamy cake with a soft and appetizing texture and a rich flavor that makes you want to repeat.

¡Hola Jorge!
