Some members of the community asked me for my recipe for hibiscus infusion with rosemary and I am happy to share it: (the image is illustrative, taken from the internet)

      One cup of hibiscus

      1.5 liters of water

Three to 4 sprigs of rosemary

Rinse the hibiscus flower well to remove anything other than the flower.

Bring the water to a boil, as soon as it comes to a boil add the hibiscus flower, boil for 10 minutes, and add the rosemary, let it boil for another 5 minutes.

Let cool and remove the flower and rosemary, now you have concentrated infusion,

One third of the infusion yields to prepare a liter of fresh drink, you can add sugar and ice… and if you want something more, you can add rum or mezcal.
