This weekend has been very cold. In the night from Friday to Saturday we registered -9°C 🥶❄️ …and it’s still autumn!😱.
So nothing better than to fight it with a good cocido madrileño 🥰. In my house we eat it in two vuelcos. First the soup, and then the vegetables, chickpeas and meats together, and I dip it with some of the broth….. I didn’t take a picture of the soup, when I realized, I had already eaten it😅
The best thing about cocido is that, at least I make a lot of it. This way, I have complete cocido to eat more days. I have soup for the week. I also freeze broth. I already have chopped chicken and ham, separately, to make croquettes. Even the little dog is happy because she also eats some meat from the stew🍖😂.

Este fin de semana ha hecho mucho frío. En la noche del viernes al sábado registramos -9°C 🥶❄️ …y aún es otoño!😱
Así que nada mejor que combatirlo con un buen cocido madrileño 🥰. En mi casa lo comemos en dos vuelcos. Primero la sopa, y después las verduras, los garbanzos y las carnes junto, y yo lo mojo con un poco del caldo… No he hecho foto de la sopa, cuando me he dado cuenta, ya me la había zampado😅
Lo mejor del cocido es que, al menos yo, hago mucho. Así, tengo cocido completo para comer más días. Tengo sopa para la semana. También congelo caldo. Ya tengo picado el pollo y el jamón, por separado, para hacer croquetas. Hasta la perrita está feliz porque también ella come algo de carne del cocido🍖😂

Madre mía, y yo que te iba a decir que lo único que le faltaba a ese maravilloso plato era un caldo suculento. Menos que he leído el post entero. 😂😂😂. Me parece que este plato es una pasada.
