These country chicken and wok sautéed vegetables dumplings are very handy. I buy the dough, make a few and have them ready in the freezer and, when I have surprise guests, they save me the snack.

Qué interesante… nunca he hecho un relleno de pollo y verduras ni en empanadillas ni en empandada. Tiene que estar muy rico!!!

It’s always handy to have back up in the freezer. I like to double and triple my batch cooking so that I have lots of meals available in the freezer. Handy at short notice.
