A very different dish. They are starry eggs but in this case they do not have potatoes but chopitos at the bottom. On top I made a low temperature egg white and the yolk has squid ink and ham broth. A crazy dish that combines tradition with a different point.

Un plato muy diferente. Son unos huevos estrellados pero en este caso no llevan patatas sino chopitos en la parte de abajo. Encima hice una clara de huevo a baja temperatura y la yema lleva tinta de calamar y caldo de jamón. Una locura de plato que une tradición con un punto diferente.
