• Crepes stuffed with seafood

Today I prepared one of the most succulent dishes that I like to cook.

To the typical crêpe batter I added mussel cooking broth to give it a special touch of flavor.

And the filling of the crepes is composed of richly chopped seafood such as shrimp, prawns and mussels, plus onion, leek and carrot poached all with the juice of the heads of prawns and prawns flambéed, and with a little cream and crushed tomato to bind it all.

I finished with a sauce made with the juices of the previous preparation, plus cream, tomato and cornstarch dissolved in water.

      A delightful dish !!!!🤤🤤😍😍😍

¡Hola Jorgito! Este plato tiene alma… y técnica. El uso del caldo de mejillones en la masa me pareció un golazo: sutil pero con intención. Y esa salsa final, con los jugos del marisco y el toque de maicena, le da una textura que abraza todo el plato.
